Cats are welcome at Cherry Hill Company properties with no additional charge at this time. Cats must remain indoors at all times unless accompanied by the owner outside. Cats must also be spayed or neutered.
Litter boxes must remain clean and free of any odors. If the carpets or apartment is damaged as a result of the pet, a charge will be made for the carpet to be professionally shampooed or replaced at the discrestion of the landlord.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but dogs are not welcome at this time.
